Design Concept:

The school is located on the southern edge of the Chai Wan Park which is the main access route for the neighborhood to access to the MTR. The new extension is trying to "open-up" the school to its neighborhood by a large "shopfront window" on the street level which would become highlight of the street in order to allow the school to preach and reach out its ideologies in the community.

The new extension will house a multi purposed lecture hall / indoor sport hall and a library on the upper level. The roof top garden is also provided passive heat insulation. All the new facilities could be opened to the neighborhood with a separate Community Entrance alongside to the "shopfront window".
