We are able to provide feasibility design and design brief service to all projects during the preliminary stage before engaging into schematic stage. Our work experiences involved with some prestigious clients such as top property developers, commercial landlords and organizations in Hong Kong, PRC and UK.

We could conduct extensive researches and deliver creative visions which could provide alternative perspectives to all projects in a reasonable cost. So that clients are able to plan and estimate their developments in advance during the genesis efficiently.

Our team members were trained in prestigious architecture schools in urban design and we have also received recognitions in several competitions. Meanwhile, we had also gained extensive experiences in several Master Planning Schemes in PRC, ranged from Greenfield and Brownfield developments to Urban Regenerations. Hence we are familiar to the relevant Planning Ordinances and Building Regulations in PRC.
