Design Concept:

The E-Co. Village is proposed for the citizens and local communities to enjoy the nature and experience 'green living style' in a former landfill site in Tseung Kwan O.

The design complies all the constraints required by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) which would minimize the environmental and loading impacts to the site. Architecture is designed for basic functioning with recycled containers which would be covered up green creepers and vegetations in order to blend in the boundary between Man-made and Nature.
