An open competition to all design professionals has been conducted at Victoria Park Mid Autumn Festival. Our competition entry ‘Revolving Lantern Passage’, is the concept with an interactive projection on the inner skin of these giant lanterns. These projections are categorized with Hong Kong historical images and festive animations. That makes the viewers fully engaged in the multi-layer spatial / visual narratives through the “time tunnel”. This project was awarded 2nd Place by the Hong Kong Tourism Board in 2011.
