Upgrade and extension of existing crematorium (2740m²) to cope with high demands due to aging population and new environmental requirements in HK. It includes reconstruction and fitting out of the existing services hall, WCs, entrance; a new annex block with additional 720m² GFA; replacement with new cremation burners with anti-pollutant facilities. The project is subject to be completed in 2028.
