Quarry Park in Anderson Road Quarry (2022)

ArchiPie is appointed to be branding and design features consultant for the 8.5 hectares public park where is converted from the former Anderson Road Quarry site. The project site is located in Sai Kung District adjacent to the On Tat Estate and On Tai Estate in Kwun Tong District. The project under consultation would be designed and constructed by the Architectural Services Department in which the quarry theme to be adopted to capture the influences of stone quarrying and the HK construction industry.

The proposed Quarry Park will provide leisure, sports, and recreation facilities for at least 78 800 population, including the aforementioned 30 000 new population and the existing 48 800 population in neighbouring public housing estates such as On Tat Estate and On Tai Estate in Kwun Tong.
