A massive Industrial Complex which was built in 1980s is undergoing renovation in 2018. It consists of 3 blocks, sitting on a podium where the loading bays were located on the podium level. Heavy lorries could enter the complex via a single entrance and climb 2 stories up to podium levels from street level. The scopes include redesigning the facades, loading bay areas and all lift lobbies. The façade to be repainted with various greys to highlight the various volumes, masses and surfaces among the building complex. Distinctive and vibrant Colors were also introduced at the loading bays on the podium level in order to differentiate between the 3 building blocks as well as easier navigation for the drivers.
