Design Concept:

The existing office building which was built in 1980s to be upgraded from inside-out including main reception lobby, typical lobbies, typical WCs as well as façade redesigned. The existing brutalist elements such as projected bay windows and window hoods were maintained and modified to enhance its unique outlooks. Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2018.
